Alexis DavisFounder, Cedar Creek Works
Building a business means turning good ideas into work people can understand, use, and sustain.
I bring more than fifteen years of experience across project delivery, implementation, operations, client services, training, and organizational change. I’ve led complex work, built the systems around it, and helped people adopt new ways of working without losing sight of the humans doing the work.
Cedar Creek Works brings that experience to owners and teams who need practical structure: a clearer process, a useful automation, a project plan people can act on, or focused help recovering work that has gone off course.
You’ll work directly with me. I listen first, make the decisions visible, and leave you with useful artifacts and a clear handover—not a black box.
Let’s talk about what you’re buildingWhat working together looks like
You’ll work directly with me, from understanding the need to reviewing what’s been delivered.
Connected through Creekwise
Creekwise is the software I created for client work and project delivery. It’s where Works inquiries arrive and where invited clients can follow their projects.
You don’t need a software subscription to send a service inquiry.
Before we begin
A Workflow Audit looks at one process. A Business Systems Assessment looks more broadly across a business function. You can also tell me what’s happening, and we can discuss where to start.
Yes. A focused engagement can address one workflow, a defined website project, or a project that needs attention. We’ll agree on the boundaries before work starts.
Your inquiry opens in Creekwise and gives me the context to review the fit. Sending it does not book time or start paid work. Scope, availability, timing, and price are confirmed with you first.
Your next chapter
Tell me what you’re building, what’s getting in the way, and what you’d like to work better. We can start there.
